This Privacy Policy explains how AJAI and Engage collect, use, share, and protect information when businesses use our AI assistant, operator, and social monitoring services.

Information We May Collect
Depending on how Engage is configured and used, AJAI may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Conversation data, including website chat transcripts, AI assistant messages, operator replies, routing context, summaries, and related notes.
- Contact information voluntarily submitted by visitors, customers, or operators, such as name, email address, phone number, company, and message content.
- Analytics and telemetry, including service usage, performance, diagnostics, error logs, and feature interaction data.
- Website interaction data, including pages viewed, referring pages, device and browser information, approximate session timing, and interaction events.
- Messenger and social interaction data, including messages, page or profile identifiers, handles, timestamps, attachments, and metadata from Meta, Messenger, or other connected social channels.
How We Use Information
AJAI uses customer data to provide AI assistant and operator services. This includes answering visitor questions, monitoring conversations, routing opportunities, drafting responses, alerting operators, improving reliability, supporting customers, preventing abuse, and maintaining the security of the service.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve workflows, and develop new service features.
Cookies and Analytics
AJAI may use cookies, pixels, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand site usage, measure performance, and improve the customer experience. Browser settings may allow visitors to block or delete cookies, although some features may not work correctly without them.

AJAI may use trusted third-party providers to operate, host, analyze, support, or process payments for the service. These providers may include OpenAI, Meta, Google Analytics, Stripe, and Supabase, depending on the features enabled by a customer.

AJAI does not sell personal data. We may share information with service providers, customer-authorized integrations, legal or compliance authorities when required, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process.

AJAI retains information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion or export of applicable customer data by contacting AJAI.
