AJAI Engage
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the basic rules for accessing and using AJAI Engage, including AI assistant, operator, and social monitoring features.

Service Overview
AJAI Engage provides AI-assisted website and social conversation workflows, including conversation monitoring, response drafting, operator alerts, lead capture, and related customer support tools. The exact features available may depend on a customer's plan, configuration, and connected third-party services.
As-Is Service
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. AJAI works to provide a reliable product, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Lawful Use
Users and customers are responsible for using AJAI lawfully and for ensuring that their use of Engage, Meta, Messenger, social channels, websites, and customer data complies with applicable laws, platform rules, privacy obligations, and industry requirements.
Restrictions
Users may not use AJAI to:
- Send spam, deceptive messages, harassment, or abusive communications.
- Violate laws, regulations, platform policies, or third-party rights.
- Collect, process, or disclose personal data without required rights or consent.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service security.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as human communication where disclosure is required.
- Use the service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or high-risk activities.
Suspension
AJAI may suspend or limit access to the service if we believe usage is abusive, unlawful, harmful, creates security risk, violates these Terms, or could damage AJAI, customers, users, third-party platforms, or the public.
Intellectual Property
AJAI and its licensors retain all rights in the AJAI platform, software, designs, workflows, documentation, trademarks, and related technology. Customers retain rights to their own content, customer data, brand assets, and materials, while granting AJAI the limited rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Third-Party Services
AJAI may interoperate with third-party services such as Meta, OpenAI, Stripe, Supabase, analytics providers, and other customer-authorized integrations. AJAI is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their independent terms and policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the service.
Governing Law
