Lurker Privacy Policy

Lurker reads visible Facebook group post text, visible notification text, visible comments when captured, group names, post URLs, and related metadata.

Lurker sends that visible content to AJAI to detect business opportunities and create reviewable response drafts.

Lurker does not collect Facebook passwords, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, private messages, or hidden account data.

Lurker does not post, comment, react, message, join groups, or log into Facebook for the user.

Operators manually decide whether to respond.

AJAI uses Lurker content to match visible social posts or notifications against a customer's monitoring configuration, identify possible business opportunities, show operators relevant context, and generate draft replies that operators can review, edit, ignore, or use manually.

AJAI may also process Lurker content to deduplicate alerts, diagnose reliability issues, improve product quality, maintain security, prevent abuse, and support customer-requested workflows.

Lurker is designed as an operator-assist workflow. It does not automatically respond to Facebook posts or comments. Any response drafted by AJAI is reviewable, and the operator is responsible for deciding whether and how to respond.

AJAI does not sell personal data. AJAI may share Lurker-related information with trusted service providers used to host, secure, analyze, or operate the service, or when required by law. AJAI may also process content through customer-authorized services that are necessary for the enabled Lurker workflow.

AJAI retains Lurker-related content for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain auditability, support customers, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion or export of applicable customer data by contacting AJAI.
