What data can Engage process, and how is it handled?

Short answer
Short answer
Depending on configuration and use, Engage may process conversation messages, voluntarily supplied contact details, routing context, summaries, operator replies, service telemetry, and connected-channel metadata. AJAI does not sell personal data; the published Privacy Policy describes permitted processing, service providers, retention purposes, and customer requests.
Before you start
- Review of the current AJAI Privacy Policy
- A clear business purpose for each requested visitor field
- Appropriate access controls for the dashboard and connected services
Collect only what the workflow needs
A website conversation may include the visitor's messages and contact details they choose to provide. Connected channels may also include identifiers, timestamps, attachments, and delivery metadata needed to operate the conversation.
Do not ask visitors to send passwords, authentication codes, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other credentials through the conversation.
Public-site analytics are optional
On AJAI's public site, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after the visitor accepts analytics. Clarity interactions are masked, analytics page URLs exclude query strings, advertising personalization is disabled, and declining analytics does not disable forms or booking.
These public-site tags are limited to approved public paths and do not load on AJAI's application or admin domains.
Requests and support
AJAI retains information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy rather than promising one universal retention period in this guide. Customers can contact AJAI about applicable export or deletion requests. Privacy questions can be sent to legal@ajai.pro; product support goes to support@ajai.pro.

What to keep in mind
- This guide is a product summary, not a replacement for the Privacy Policy, contract terms, or legal advice.
- The exact data processed depends on enabled channels, forms, integrations, and how visitors use them.
- No internet service can promise absolute security; access, minimization, and source hygiene remain shared responsibilities.
